No. Within our standard service area, the private in-home viewing is complimentary. There is no viewing fee, no charge for bringing your selected rugs to your home, and no obligation to purchase.

You may select up to six rug and size combinations for a private viewing. This gives you enough variety to compare different options while keeping the appointment focused and comfortable.

That is completely fine. The purpose of the viewing is to let you see the rugs in your space before making a decision. If none feels right, we simply take them back. There is no obligation to purchase.

Yes. We can help you compare proportion, color, texture, placement, and how each piece relates to the furnishings and finishes already in your room. The goal is guidance, not pressure.

“Available Now” indicates a rug and size that is currently available as an existing piece. When eligible for a local viewing, that is the piece we can bring for you to experience in your home.

Some designs can be produced in additional sizes that are not currently available as finished inventory. These are identified as Made to Order. Timing can vary by rug, construction, size, and production schedule, so details are confirmed before an order is placed.

Yes. Rugs that are available for direct purchase may be purchased through the website without scheduling a private viewing. The in-home experience is simply an additional option for clients within our viewing area.

Our standard private viewing area currently includes Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Upland, Claremont, Fontana, Riverside, Corona, Redlands, Yucaipa, and Norco.

If your home is outside the standard area, you are welcome to contact us. Depending on the location and appointment, we may still be able to accommodate your request.

No. If you are unsure where to begin, choose the pieces that initially appeal to you or request a call. We can help narrow the selection based on your room, approximate dimensions, furnishings, and the feeling you want the space to have.

Rugs respond strongly to their surroundings. Natural light can change the way color appears, furniture affects scale, flooring changes contrast, and texture is difficult to understand from a photograph alone. Seeing a rug in the room where it will actually live removes much of that uncertainty.

Begin by exploring the collection. On an individual rug page, choose the size you would like to see and select “SEE THIS RUG AT HOME.” Once you have finished your selection, continue from your Selected Rugs page to arrange your appointment.
